3Dsolve Inc. Wins Military Training Technology’s Top 100 Innovation Award
Cary, NC, November 30, 2004 — 3Dsolve Inc., The Simulation Learning Company, today announced it has been named to the Military Training Technology’s Top 100 list of military training vendors, and highlighted by the publication with a blue ribbon for innovation. To be included in the list, each company has to have made a significant impact in the military training industry this year. This is the second consecutive year that 3Dsolve has been included in Military Training Technology’s Top 100. Over the past year, 3Dsolve has won contracts with the US Army and US Navy, among other successes.

“3Dsolve was selected for inclusion in the Military Training Technology Top 100 for the second year in a row because of its commitment to enabling and enhancing training for the US military. We selected them for the Innovation award because 3Dsolve is making use of 3-D and gaming-based technologies to change the way that the military, as well as government and industry, learns,” explained Jordan Fuhr, editor of Military Training Technology. “With significant contracts with the Army and Navy—such as TRADOC’s first Level IV Interactive Multimedia Instruction and the Submarine On-Board Training Center—3Dsolve is making significant contributions as a trusted military partner.”

More that 300 candidates were considered by Military Training Technology’s editorial board and a panel of independent experts who have been involved in the simulation and training community for years. Companies were selected based on various criteria, which, in part, included total military sales, end-user feedback, innovation, and need for the solution.
“We are extremely honored that Military Training Technology has recognized us a leading vendor in the military training market for the second year in a row,” said Richard Boyd, CEO of 3Dsolve. “Over the coming year, we plan on living up to this vote of confidence by continuing to deliver innovative solutions in simulation learning to our customers in the US military and other markets.”
